Un regreso al pasado en Las Cigarreras. Retroalacant returns to the cultural center this Saturday, September 21, to remind attendees of the 70s, 80s, and 90s with an expanded space of about 400 square meters, reaching a total of 1,800, in a day that will last from 10 AM to 10 PM.

The event includes the III Solidarity Foosball Championship for children and adults. Registration will require three kilos of non-perishable food, which will be donated to the Alicante Food Bank. These will be added to those obtained in the Arcade tournament, where the video game Street Fighter II will be featured in both its children's and adult's versions.

'Stands'
DJ Noel Carrión will play the most recognized music from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, with an option to sing in the 'retrokaraoke'. This will not be the only musical entertainment; at 6 PM there will be a chiptune concert with Narcisound.
And while superheroes are still relevant and at their peak, the Infinity Cosplay Association will bring characters from Marbel and Retro-Eighties to Las Cigarreras, along with a six-meter Scalextric with four tracks for competition. Throughout the day, various video game designers will share their experiences through different talks.
The Department of Culture, together with Raíces bookstore, has promoted this event which will be divided into an exhibition area called Caja Blanca, a space for talks and tournaments known as Caja Negra, an animation and rest area called La Trasera, and a place where 'stands' will be set up called El Secadero.
