"Eighteen days ago, the three of us were reborn," declared Anabel Pantoja as she announced her daughter Alma's discharge from the hospital, following nearly three weeks in Gran Canaria's Maternal and Child Hospital. "We've just arrived home with our little one," she informed her two million followers late on Monday, January 27, sharing a photo of herself with David on the beach holding their baby. "It's not the best photo, but it's what I envisioned during those 18 days to keep myself going," she explained.

"Life hits you with something so hard that, sadly, you realise the trivialities we waste time on or don't live for, when the only thing that matters is having HEALTH and LIVING," she wrote, offering advice: "Live, enjoy your loved ones, give hugs, kisses, and say 'I Love You'."

Anabel Pantoja has returned home with her partner and baby with a clear goal: "Now it's time to live again, because eighteen days ago, the three of us were reborn." In a statement signed by her, David, and their little one, they expressed gratitude for all the support received through social media and well-wishes, "your prayers, concern, and affection." "She will know when she's older, it has been incredible what we've experienced in 50 days," she added.

Kiko Rivera's cousin also dedicated words to the media, to those who have been colleagues for years, many of them friends, but also to those who are not, "for treating the matter with such absolute respect for our baby." And of course, she sent "infinite thanks" to her family and friends because "they never stopped supporting us for a single day." "We won't have enough life to repay all that you did," she added.

When they learned of the seriousness of little Alma's health condition, who was admitted to the intensive care unit, family and friends, both known and unknown, did not hesitate to travel from the mainland to be by the couple and their daughter's side. Similarly, friends from the Canary Islands took care of what could be considered logistical support to make the family's hospital stay more comfortable and provide necessary assistance to visitors.

The discharge of little Alma is great news for Anabel and David, who will gradually resume their daily lives, which they put aside to devote all their attention and energy to their baby's recovery.
