Thousands of Users Affected Worldwide by ChatGPT Outage

ChatGPT, the artificial intelligence tool developed by OpenAI, has been facing technical difficulties globally since mid-morning. Users have reported issues such as the AI not responding to messages or timing out. Some have also received notifications indicating an error has occurred.

According to OpenAI's status page, errors have been detected worldwide for approximately two hours, starting around 11:00 AM. However, some of these issues began to surface as early as 8:30 AM.

"Some users are experiencing elevated error rates and latency in the mentioned services," the platform states, adding that they are investigating the cause of the failure to resolve it as soon as possible.
