The TRAMnochador Will Operate on the Eve of the August 15th Holiday

The TRAMnochador in Alicante will provide service on the night of August 14th. Thus, the night service can be used on the eve of the August 15th holiday. During this holiday period, citizens wishing to use public transport can take the TRAM on the nights of Wednesday 14th, Friday 16th, and Saturday 17th.

The main objective of Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat Valenciana (FGV) is to offer an early morning service so that both weekends and summer holidays keep the central areas, adjacent zones, and even the most distant areas connected.

The TRAMnochador will travel between Luceros and the towns of Benidorm (L1); Sant Vicent del Raspeig (L2); El Campello (L3); and Playa de San Juan (L4). Additionally, it will operate between Benidorm and Garganes station in the municipality of Altea (L9), with stops at various stations along the route.

With this initiative, FGV continues to improve services provided by the TRAM of Alicante and Metrovalencia, enhancing connectivity between different urban and tourist areas in the province. The entity highlights that by extending transport hours, they reach a larger number of users and reduce potential car accidents, thereby promoting public safety.

This special service aims to facilitate access to Alicante's leisure areas in a more sustainable and safer manner for both young people and older individuals wishing to travel at these times.
