Melody: "I Haven't Gotten Angry, Nor Have I Kicked Anyone Out of My Dressing Room"

"I haven't gotten angry, nor have I kicked anyone out of the dressing room." Melody responded emphatically to journalists awaiting her arrival at Málaga airport following the failure of her candidacy in Eurovision 2025, a contest she entered with 'Esa diva' and finished in the third-to-last position.

Welcomed with applause by journalists and some travelers at the airport, the singer from Dos Hermanas announced she would hold a press conference to reflect on her participation in the competition. "Don't worry, I'll sit with you, we'll talk, you'll ask me questions... You know I always treat you with utmost respect," she told reporters. "Do you think politics had anything to do with it?" one of them asked. "Don't worry, I'll answer you when we hold the press conference," the artist replied.

Melody admitted this morning that she needed to reunite with her son, just over a year old, whom she hadn't seen for "two weeks." "The first thing for me was to be with him, spend a few calm days, and recharge my energy." During the Saturday night, it was rumored that the artist had taken finishing 24th out of 26 entries very badly, but she denied it this morning. "It's a lie. Many things have been said that aren't true. I haven't gotten angry nor have I kicked anyone out of my dressing room, never, because that's not who I am," she maintained. She added, "I believe we've done a beautiful job and I think, above all, art and music must prevail. What has been achieved with 'Esa diva' and this candidacy is that the people have united more, and with that, I can be content."

Finally, she once again invited journalists to the press conference: "Don't worry, I'll give you your space so you can be at ease."
