Aída Nizar, the Controversial 'Chosen One of God'

More than two decades have passed since Aída Nizar, who has filed a complaint for sexual harassment against Iñígo Errejón, first appeared on the small screen. It was on 'Gran Hermano 5', where she was the first to be evicted. The Valladolid native lasted only eleven days in the popular contest, but she made the most of them, leaving unforgettable moments that earned her a place on the sets, where she became indispensable for several years.

Known as "the chosen one of God," with whom she spoke in front of the cameras, one of her most memorable moments was when, sunbathing on a hammock during her brief stint on 'Gran Hermano', she said: "My God, why did you make me this way, so different?" Her eviction was surrounded by controversy after she threw a glass of water at a fellow contestant. "She was a lovely girl but she smelled of sweat," she defended herself.

Her immense self-love, speaking of herself in the third person, and the ability to be at the center of all controversies were her calling card to become one of the juiciest television characters of all time.

She was gored by a bull during a bullfighting event in the festivities of Villanueva de la Serena, in Badajoz, while working as a reporter on the program 'En antena', on Antena 3. It was not her only mishap. During a recording in Ciudad Real of her section, 'Sálvese quién pueda', on 'Sálvame', she received several slaps and blows from the locals, having to flee the place. Her time on 'Crónicas Marcianas' ended when she told a disabled person who did not want to greet her: "God gives everyone what they deserve." Statements that earned her an immediate "bitch" from Javier Sardá, who ended her collaboration.

She also participated in 'Supervivientes', where she was again the first to be evicted, although the program gave her a new opportunity by being brought back, a moment she used to play dirty with Rosa Benito, from whom she extracted information about Ortega Cano, her ex-brother-in-law, who had just had an accident, a fact that only the Valladolid native knew thanks to her eviction.

Despite the criticism for her attitude, she was recruited for 'GH VIP', where, as usual, she was the center of attention. One of the great moments was when her companions played a prank on the Valladolid native. Making a paste from cocoa powder, they left underwear stained with the mixture in the bathroom with the intention that Aída would find it and think it was feces, but no one could imagine that Nizar would respond by defecating on the floor next to the toilet because, as she herself explained, "when you play a prank, the shit can fall on you."

She stopped appearing on Telecinco, where she denied being banned. "I am not banned. I simply do not work for money. Right now the fees paid by Mediaset are laughable and are accepted by all this bunch of puppets who work practically without pay, just to be seen and thus be able to say 'I work on television'," she explained on her social networks.

The Valladolid native made the leap to Italy with her participation in 'Grande fratello', being the fourth evicted from the edition, thanks to which she became popular on Roman television. During her stay in Rome, she did not go unnoticed and, emulating Anita Ekberg, she plunged into the waters of the Trevi Fountain. A bath that ended with Aída arguing with a policeman who fined her 450 euros. Shortly after, during pride week, she entered a church in the middle of mass to stop it and advocate for the rights of the gay community.

Now, after spending a long time away from public life, Nizar has returned to television with 'Ni que fuéramos Shhh', and given her history, her participation in the program will not leave anyone indifferent.
