Villena Hosts Summer Party: Live Music, National DJs, and Free Entry

Villena is gearing up for one of the most anticipated events of the summer: 'The Summer Party', a grand DJ session taking place this Thursday, 14th August, from 7:00 PM at Paseo Chapí. Entry is free and open to all, offering an evening designed to enjoy music, a festive atmosphere, and outdoor leisure.

This event is part of the summer programme by the Villena City Council, aimed at energising the city in the days leading up to its traditional Patron Saint Festivities.

The Summer Party will feature a mobile stage set up in front of the Teatro Chapí facade, bringing together five nationally renowned DJs, offering a diverse musical proposal for all tastes.

Among the featured artists is Luis López, an internationally recognised DJ and recent participant in the prestigious Tomorrowland festival, who will deliver a session filled with electronic and dance music.

Completing the lineup are Vukko and Alex Selas, resident DJs of The One club and emerging talents of the local scene; Barce, a national DJ with a broad career; and Kokedama, one of the year's revelations after performing at festivals like Spring Festival.

Organised in collaboration with MQR Villena —a local radio station celebrating its 25th anniversary—, The Summer Party will also offer entertainment throughout the afternoon, gifts, surprises, and portable restroom facilities for the audience's convenience.

This open-air musical event reinforces Paseo Chapí's role as the cultural and festive epicentre of Villena, joining other initiatives like the Street Food Market or VEM (Villena is Music).
