Sea and nature views. A lure for the wealthiest buyers looking to relax in an infinity pool with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean. The dream of many becomes a reality in the most luxurious developments of Marina Alta. There are several residential areas that, at a premium price, offer this pleasure.
In fact, it is in one of these developments where the most expensive street in the region for buying a home is located. This street remains in the province but changes locality. Last summer, it was situated in Benitatxell, on Los Jazmines street, within an exclusive development that was the most expensive street to buy a house.
This time it travels south to one of the most visited localities in the entire region: Altea. There lies Altea Hills, one of the most luxurious developments in the Mediterranean. Nestled on a hill between Altea and Calpe, this enclave is home to numerous million-euro villas.
According to a list compiled by Idealista, this is where you will find the most expensive street in the entire region. The average price of a house exceeds 4.05 million euros. And this is just one street within a development that functions almost like a village.
If last year the average price of the most expensive street was 2.5 million euros, this year it has risen by more than 1.5 million euros, positioning Altea as one of the localities where luxury comes at a high cost. Altea Hills stands out for its large and opulent villas.
There are many listings on real estate portals for homes in Altea. Prices range from two to ten million euros for properties exceeding 2,000 square meters—true mansions nestled in the mountains bathed by the Mediterranean.
