The countdown to the start of the seventh edition of the D*na Festival Dénia has begun, and little by little, the proposals that will be offered on September 28 and 29 are being revealed. The capital of Marina Alta will transform into a grand culinary workshop open to the public that weekend, courtesy of this event curated by three Michelin-starred chef Quique Dacosta, which is solidifying its status as the most prominent gastronomic event in the Valencian Community.
Organized by the Dénia Creative City of Gastronomy Foundation, the festival will pay tribute to Mediterranean cuisine, honoring the land and its people with a renewed and more accessible program than ever before. This year, D*na takes a step further in its mission to bring gastronomy closer to the public by expanding from two to three spaces dedicated to workshops, significantly increasing the festival's participatory offerings.
With more than 30 activities, this edition establishes itself as the most interactive to date, inviting attendees to fully immerse themselves in haute cuisine and local products through practical and educational experiences. This expansion responds to the growing public interest in actively engaging in the culinary process, celebrating not only tasting but also creation and learning in a unique environment. There will be everything from demonstrations by Michelin-starred chefs to workshops on making local products. All of this will turn this gastronomic event into a celebration of the richness of the land and the traditions that define it.
