Youth Rental Voucher in Elda: How to Obtain the €250 Monthly Aid

The Elda City Council has announced the launch of the 2025 Youth Rental Voucher programme, aimed at individuals under 35 years old. Applications can be submitted until April 23, for both housing and room rentals.

This aid targets young people who have a rental contract or are in the process of obtaining one (there is a two-month period from the grant of aid to present the contract).

Applicants must meet requirements such as not being related to the property owner, and the household income must not exceed three times the IPREM (Public Indicator of Multiple Effects Income, set at 600 euros per month), four times the IPREM if two young people live together, or five times if three or more young people live together.

Additionally, the rental fee cannot exceed 650 euros per month for housing and 300 euros for a room.

The aid amount, which is incompatible if another rental aid is received by someone in the household, is 250 euros monthly, and the application can be made online with a digital certificate or permanent key.
