In the End We Do It Wins TodoAlicante Award for Most Alicante-like Barraca Facade

Almost newcomers to the Hogueras, they can already boast of having their first pennant. The barraca In the End We Do It has won the second edition of the award for the most Alicante-like barraca facade, granted by TodoAlicante, the digital newspaper of the province from the Vocento Group, and the Federació de Fogueres.

A reproduction of the Luceros fountain serves as the entrance to this barraca, located next to the Bulevar del Pla-Garbinet district, where it has been set up for two years on Doctor Rafael Martínez San Pedro street.

The jury decided that this reproduction should take over from Els Chuanos, last year's winner, which has come second in 2025. Those from Belando street have opted this year for a reproduction of the Santa Bárbara castle, complete with a palm tree.

In third place is the barraca Trons i Bacores, with another impressive reproduction of the old Provincial Hospital of Alicante, now the Archaeological Museum (Marq).

Up to 15 barracas participated in this second edition, double the number from last year, establishing the award among the barraca community. The jury highlighted the high quality of all the entrants and the effort of all the barraca members to bring their projects to fruition. Congratulations to all.
