A Victim of the 'PetaZetaz' Confirms Sexual Assault After Being Drugged

A victim of the YouTubers known as the 'PetaZetaz', investigated for several cases of alleged sexual assault under chemical submission, confirmed to the judge that she was raped after substances were introduced into her drink at the Vallecas apartment where the accused resided.

Accompanied by her lawyer, Alfredo Arrién, the young woman recounted during the interrogation the events contained in the complaint, explaining that she went to the Vallecas apartment on July 25, 2023, where the suspects offered her a drink containing the drug GHB.

Due to the consumption of this spiked drink, the girl completely lost consciousness and control of her body for the rest of the night.

According to her account, around 1 p.m., she woke up "on the edge of a bed with the accused Hernán in the middle and Iván against the wall," as stated in the complaint. She then realized that "she was not wearing her leggings, and in such a situation, she asked the boys for explanations, receiving an unconvincing response."

After the events, a friend of the young woman confirmed that she had not been recorded by the suspects, something they did with other victims, but advised her to report the incident as she had been a victim of a sexual assault crime.
