San Vicente del Raspeig to Invest Over One and a Half Million Euros in Industrial Estates

San Vicente del Raspeig will allocate over one and a half million euros for the improvement, modernization, and provision of infrastructure and services in industrial estates, industrial areas, and technological enclaves during the years 2025 and 2026.

From the Industry department, a total of 1,643,822.55 euros will be invested in the estates of Inmediaciones, Canastell, Torregroses, and Rodalet for the execution of projects in urban mobility, public lighting, green areas, signage, and multipurpose and sports facilities. A grant has been requested from the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness, IVACE, amounting to 1,047,425.41 euros for the realization of the projects.

The responsible councillor, Lourdes Galiana, explained that "from the council we have worked very hard to bring these projects forward, as the improvement and modernization of the industrial areas of San Vicente is one of our main priorities."

Galiana added that "we have presented all these lines of action to IVACE with the aim of obtaining financial support for their implementation, although their realization over the next two years is not dependent on the grant, so the renovation of the estates will become a reality."

The total investment is divided into the 2025 and 2026 fiscal years with amounts of 1,102,183.18 and 541,640.37 euros, respectively, with the Inmediaciones area receiving the most funding, totaling 761,699.61 euros for the improvement of public lighting and the conditioning of the green area of the Inmediaciones plot.

In the Canastell industrial area, with an amount of 434,697.53 euros, a Bicisanvi station will be installed, the public lighting system will be improved, the exterior area and parking of the Business Center will be conditioned, and a new calisthenics area, which is already operational, will be established.

At the opposite end of the municipality, in the Torregroses estate, three actions will be carried out valued at 248,561.57 euros, with the aim of adding a new Bicisanvi station to the municipality, upgrading the area's lighting, and horizontally marking the streets that make up this industrial area.

Finally, with an allocation of 198,863.84 euros, Rodalet will see its lighting structure improved, the green area on Veterinario Manuel Isidro Rodríguez García street enhanced, and the horizontal signage of its streets.
