The most travelled programme of À Punt, 'Valencians al món', visits Burgundy this Wednesday, 5th February at 22:45. We will discover, with reporter Alfons Ferrandis, this region of France renowned worldwide for its wine heritage, and for the castles and abbeys that define the landscape.

Ana Sarrió, from Villena, has been living in Dijon for a year and will explain the secrets of Burgundy wine, internationally recognised for its quality, made with varieties such as pinot noir and chardonnay. Additionally, we will taste some of Burgundy's most emblematic gastronomic specialities, such as boeuf bourguignon and tartiflette.

Alberto Arco, from Castellón de la Plana, has been living in France for 14 years. With him, we will visit the Golden Coast on a quad bike. This area is known for its endless vineyards, which change colour with the seasons.

Maripaz Usach, from Villar, has been living in Dijon for nine years. Maripaz will guide us through the old centre of Dijon, where the palace of the Dukes of Burgundy stands out.

Nuria Sánchez, from Chera, has been living in Dijon for three years and with her, we will enjoy a Burgundy lunch, a meal made with regional products: fresh grapes, pâté, fuet, local cheeses, and artisan bread.

Anais Michelón, from Villar, has been living in Auxerre for three years. We visit a goat farm where organic cheese is produced, made using traditional methods and respectful of the environment. In France, the commitment to organic products is ingrained and is part of the love for quality, taste, and sustainability.
