The most travelled programme of À Punt, 'Valencians al món', visits Burgundy this Wednesday, 5th February at 22:45. We will discover, with reporter Alfons Ferrandis, this region of France renowned worldwide for its wine heritage, and for the castles and abbeys that define the landscape.
Ana Sarrió, from Villena, has been living in Dijon for a year and will explain the secrets of Burgundy wine, internationally recognised for its quality, made with varieties such as pinot noir and chardonnay. Additionally, we will taste some of Burgundy's most emblematic gastronomic specialities, such as boeuf bourguignon and tartiflette.
