How to Transform an Idea into a Viable Business Project? UMH and Altea Show You How

A roadmap, value proposition, competition, or monetization are some essential elements for a business to thrive. These concepts will also be addressed in a workshop jointly organized by the Scientific Park of the Miguel Hernández University (PCUMH) of Elche and the Altea City Council, titled 'Turn Your Idea into a Project'.

The event will take place on Wednesday, June 18, as part of the Altea Emprend program. It will be held at 9:30 am at the Social Centre of the city of Altea. Registration is free upon signing up at www.parquecientificoumh.es/eventos/convierte-tu-idea-en-proyecto-altea-emprende-2025.

During the workshop, PCUMH technicians Germán Sánchez, Carlos Fabra, and Alejandro Linde will explain key strategies and tools for designing a successful business model.

To achieve this, they will analyze elements such as the roadmap, the client, the market, the value proposition, the competition, or monetization, among others. This way, entrepreneurs can extrapolate and apply this knowledge to their respective projects or business ideas.
