This Was the Helicopter Rescue of a Woman on the Via Ferrata in Redován

Firefighters rescued a 44-year-old woman this Sunday who was injured with a possible knee sprain on the exit path of the via ferrata in Redován, as reported by the Provincial Fire Consortium.

The incident occurred around 2:35 PM, and upon arrival, firefighters lifted the victim into the rescue helicopter using a crane. The woman was evacuated to the San Vicente station, from where she was transferred to a hospital.

The rescue operation involved the rescue helicopter and the mountain rescue group (GER) of the Alicante Provincial Fire Department.
