"The best investment opportunity." This is how the listing for one of the cheapest penthouses available on Idealista begins in Alicante city. The property is located on Marqués de Molins street in the heart of the city, near the Central Market and the bullring, and boasts some very unique features.

In fact, the real estate agency states in the listing that "the estimated gross return is 7.68%, a figure above the market average and with great potential for appreciation."
The real estate agency marketing this flat is Ezovski, an agency focused on the international sector, which mainly includes listings for flats in the central area of Alicante and the San Juan beach.
