It will be in the first fortnight of November when the brand increases the number and adds two new centers, which will open in the province of Alicante. In this way, Aldi will inaugurate its second center in La Nucía on November 6, and on November 13 it will do the same in Torrevieja, where it already has two other supermarkets.
The new store of the chain in La Nucía will be located in the Muixara area. It will have a sales hall of more than 1,000 m2 and a team of 13 workers, while the one in Torrevieja, with the same extension, will have 14 employees and will be located at av. Tirso de Molina, 2.

The new centers will have 86% of own-brand products and of all of them eight out of ten will be of national origin. In addition, they have recently announced a reduction of about 600 products, in different categories with permanent discounts of up to 53%.
According to an analysis made by Aldi based on data from Kantar Worldpanel, the company has added 93,000 new Valencian customers since 2021, which represents an increase of 12%. The chain has a penetration of 41% in the region, which means that it is already the weekly shopping option for four out of 10 Valencian households, 7% more than in 2021.
In total, the company expects to open around 20 new establishments in this last quarter of 2024. Currently, more than seven million customers choose to shop at ALDI, 26% more than three years ago.
