The chicken poke includes cooked rice, chicken, chickpeas, white cheese, corn, sweet potato, a mix of seeds, and yogurt sauce. Meanwhile, the marinated salmon is accompanied by romesco sauce, rice, and roasted vegetables (zucchini, potato, red pepper, and sweet potato).
