These are the municipalities in Alicante under yellow alert for storms and hail on Tuesday

The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) and Emergencies 112 of the Generalitat have activated the yellow alert in four regions of the province of Alicante, particularly in inland municipalities, for this Tuesday. The alert is due to the forecast of storms and hail.

The state agency indicates that the yellow alert will be activated from 5 PM in the interior of the province of Alicante, with special attention to the accumulated precipitation in one hour which could reach 20 litres per square metre.

Additionally, Aemet highlights that the interior of the province of Alicante, under yellow alert, has a probability of small hail during the course of this Tuesday.

Thus, within the framework of the Special Flood Plan, Emergencies 112 has issued the yellow alert in 22 municipalities of the province of Alicante, with a map coloured in this shade across four regions.

The territories of the province of Alicante affected include the interior of l'Alacantí and part of the Medio Vinalopó region; while l'Alcoià and the Alto Vinalopó are under full yellow alert. Check each locality:
