Teulada opens the application period for grants to renovate facades in historic districts. The Town Hall has launched a call for subsidies for buildings located in the 'Teulada Gótica Amurallada' area, declared a Site of Cultural Interest (BIC), as well as in the historic core of Moraira, following the General Urban Development Plan.

The initiative aims to preserve and enhance local architectural heritage, thereby beautifying the urban environment and ensuring its conservation. The grants will cover up to 80% of the eligible budget for interventions, with an allocation of 7,500 euros for the year 2024, and a limit of 2,000 euros per property.
