Parkiduo operates as a network of individuals connecting to better utilize urban spaces, offering or seeking parking spaces by time slots. Those with a space they don't use during certain hours can offer it to someone who needs it during that time, "earning extra income each month without giving up their space," says the company's CEO, Laura Sempere.

Similarly, drivers needing to park near their work or home at regular times can find a garage available at a much lower price than traditional rentals, creating a win-win solution.

The platform developed by Parkiduo is free, and to use it, users must register and choose whether they are a Driver (looking for a space) or a Parker (wanting to share theirs). Based on the schedule, location, and car size, the system automatically detects compatible users for sharing a space, sending the garage details to the Driver so they can view all the features and request a visit if interested.

Once an agreement is reached, to formalize the commitment of use by both parties and ensure a satisfactory experience, Parkiduo facilitates the management of the digital contract. This details the users' information and all conditions, and is signed electronically via mobile.

Parkiduo emphasizes that sharing parking spaces benefits both the drivers using them and the city. With the increasing number of vehicles, the scarcity of space in cities, and the high demand for parking, this company presents its application as the most economical way to park daily without having to circle the streets looking for a spot.
