Appointment management, clinical administration, or patient follow-up. These are just some of the tasks that the new software developed by a startup from Elche can automatically perform. The system by Physia, from the Miguel Hernández University Science Park (UMH) automates tasks and processes in the healthcare sector, reducing time and increasing professional efficiency.
The company's CEO, Marcos Valera, explained that the project was born from observing "an overload of administrative tasks among physicians and the need to improve the efficiency of medical care." After noticing this, Physia set out to "design a tool so that professionals in the sector could focus more on their patients."
Thus, Physia allows for patient care 24 hours a day, seven days a week, as well as an initial interview to collect data, its subsequent analysis, personalized routines, and continuous and automatic follow-up of administrative and clinical tasks such as appointment management, billing, and scheduling.
