Special Insignia for Elche's Fuego Lento Tavern for Its Support of Local Wine

A temple in honor of Alicante wines is located in the very heart of Elche. This is the Fuego Lento tavern, where Virtudes Martínez and Walter M. Pérez delight guests with "a cozy and family-friendly atmosphere" offering Uruguayan-style cuts of meat grilled on volcanic stone. All accompanied by local wines.

The Regulatory Council and the Elche City Council have been impressed by their comprehensive selection of Alicante DOP Wines. "Their knowledge and enthusiasm for the sector have been notable for some time," they acknowledge. For this reason, they have decided to recognize this dedication with one of the special insignias for hospitality.
