Dog Shot Dead from a House While Walking with Owner in Castellón

On Wednesday, a dog was fatally shot from a house in Grao de Castelló while being walked by its owner, according to local and national police sources.

At around 8:49 PM on Wednesday, the local police received a call reporting that a dog had been shot from a distance on Mar Báltico Street in Grao de Castelló.

The Environmental Protection and Animal Unit (UPROMA) of the local police, along with medical services and a national police patrol, arrived at the scene and have taken charge of the investigation.

The national police are awaiting reports from the local police and plan to question witnesses, as well as the identified suspect, to decide on a possible arrest.
