The Saint-Tropez Golf Club Embraces Glamour for the Auction of 80 Automotive Jewels

For the second consecutive year, Artcurial Motorcars returns to the prestigious Golf-Club de Gassin-Saint-Tropez to host an exceptional auction of 80 collectible cars on June 28. This event promises an exclusive experience that blends elegance, automotive passion, and the sophisticated Mediterranean art of living, just steps away from the iconic beaches of Saint-Tropez.

Artcurial Motorcars aims to reinvent the auction experience, transforming the Golf-Club de Gassin into an open-air stage where each vehicle becomes the star of a fleeting elegance contest.

Attendees are invited to enjoy an unforgettable day with summer cocktails, passionate debates, and exclusive discoveries, all wrapped in the chic and relaxed atmosphere that characterizes Saint-Tropez.

The auction, described as a "Garden Party in Saint-Tropez," will feature a "ballet of legends" on the green. Among the jewels to be auctioned are two mythical Ferraris from the 1960s, from the same prestigious collection:

A 1965 Ferrari 275 GTB, an icon of design and performance in its rare 'Celeste' shade. It is presented in concours condition after a complete restoration in Italy and comes with its Ferrari Classiche certification.

Its companion, the sublime 1963 Ferrari 250 GT Lusso in 'Grigio Fumo Metallizzato', also perfectly restored and certified by Ferrari, embodying grace and power.

In addition to these Italian bolides, other exceptional pieces will be presented: A 1958 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Roadster in a rare original state, with all matching numbers and its period hardtop, ideal for a distinguished lunch at Club 55 on Pampelonne beach.

For hypercar enthusiasts, an Aston Martin Valkyrie from 2022 that has barely covered 1,550 km since leaving the factory.

An exceptional 1934 Bugatti Type 57 Stelvio by Gangloff, considered the most original in the world, a true "time capsule" with all its factory numbers matching, a miraculously intact testament to the Golden Age of the Automobile.

A series of restored British classics, including Aston Martin (from the DB4 to the DB6 Volante) and Jaguar (XK120, XK150 roadster, and Type E roadster).

In the realm of competition, a Subaru Impreza WRC, winner of the 2004 Acropolis Rally with Petter Solberg. Beach vehicles, inseparable from summer in Saint-Tropez, such as a Fiat 126 Cabriolet or a Fiat Panda cabriolet, will also be present.

Matthieu Lamoure, Director of Artcurial Motorcars, invites attendees to "expect the most glamorous sale of the year" at an "exclusive Golf-Club," where they can acquire a car that will set them apart. "Dream and elegance in the shade of Mediterranean pines," he adds.
