The arrival of a Saharan dust mass, transported by a small DANA affecting the peninsula this Wednesday, will bring several days of haze to the province of Alicante, where cloudy days and temperatures above 29 degrees are expected.
Thus, the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) has warned of the entry of a DANA in the western peninsula, causing showers in the north and center of the peninsula, which will hardly be present in the Mediterranean area.

According to MeteOrihuela, this meteorological phenomenon will cause "stormy precipitation in the west and northwest of the peninsula," which will lift and propel suspended particles from North Africa.
Thus, the entry of a Saharan dust mass in the east of the peninsula is expected to affect the province of Alicante for several days, leaving several days of haze. MeteOrihuela warns that there will be "haze almost every day, possibly increasing over the weekend."
⚠️The coming days will be marked by the presence of possible haze in the Valencian Community, according to the forecast of @AEMET_CValencia

Temperatures and Heat
Regarding temperatures, levels above the normal values for the season are expected, with figures typical of July on some days, and tropical nights with minimums not dropping below 20 degrees in several municipalities of Alicante.
Thus, on the coast, temperatures will range between 28 and 29 degrees for highs and 21 to 23 degrees for lows, while inland municipalities will have slightly lower minimums of 18 degrees, with highs possibly soaring to 36 over the weekend, which will be the hottest days.
