The EBRO s400 has become one of the main highlights at its world premiere at Automobile Barcelona 2025. The new urban hybrid SUV marks the third model in the EBRO range and strengthens the company's electrified offering, alongside the already known EBRO s700 and s800, which are also available in plug-in hybrid (PHEV) versions as well as with combustion engines.
The brand's stand in pavilion 8 at Automobile Barcelona offers, until May 18, not only the s400 but also the entire available range of the s700 and s800 models. It also provides an opportunity to discover the company's history and cutting-edge technological proposal, manufacturing its vehicles in Barcelona's Zona Franca.
Pedro Calef, CEO of EBRO Motors, highlighted, "Exactly two years ago, we announced here the return of EBRO. Today, we return as an industrial reality with more than 2,000 vehicles in circulation, 50 active dealerships, and a range of models that reflects our commitment to accessible, clean mobility with its own identity. The new s400 represents that commitment: a technological, efficient car, but also emotional and approachable."
Meanwhile, Rafael Ruiz, president of EBRO EV Motors, emphasized the industrial and financial achievements since the project's inception in 2021. "We have gone from an idea to a production that employs more than 850 people in our plants in Barcelona and Montcada. Additionally, our stock market debut under the name EBROM has been a milestone that confirms the market's confidence in the project. This growth is a testament that EBRO is not just a symbolic revival but a solid company with a vision for the future."
The EBRO s400 positions itself as a benchmark alternative within the A0 SUV segment, combining a compact design (4.32 meters long) with a modern aesthetic, a high level of energy efficiency, and comprehensive technological equipment. It integrates a state-of-the-art hybrid system that combines a 1.5 DHE gasoline engine of 70 kW with a 150 kW electric motor. Thanks to this, it offers acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 8.9 seconds and an average consumption of less than 5.5 l/100 km, earning it the ECO label from the DGT.
Additionally, the model is equipped with 24 driver assistance systems (ADAS), a dual panoramic screen of 12.3 inches, wireless connectivity with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a high-quality interior with very pleasant materials to the touch.
The new EBRO s400 will be available in two trims, with a starting price of 27,490 euros for the Premium finish and 28,990 euros for the Excellence, both with an official warranty of 7 years or 150,000 km.
