Renault Opens Orders for New Austral and Espace, Manufactured in Palencia

Renault has opened orders for the new Austral and Espace models. Both are produced at the Palencia Factory and are available with the full hybrid E-Tech engine of 200 HP, combined with a multi-mode automatic transmission, offering market-leading efficiency (fuel consumption of 4.7 l / 100 km for the New Austral and 4.8 l / 100 km for the New Espace - pending approval -).

The Austral is available in evolution, techno, and esprit Alpine trims, which will spearhead the reconquest of the C-segment. In its renewed version, it optimizes the onboard experience with greater comfort and useful technologies.

The interior is spacious, with features worthy of the upper segment and a sliding, reclining, and foldable seat of 16 cm that allows adjusting the load capacity from 527 l to 1,736 l according to needs. The starting price for the model, without discounts or promotions, is €33,520.

Meanwhile, the Espace boasts a completely modernized style and renewed technological equipment. It retains its DNA as a long-distance tourer with two strong points: spaciousness and modularity, while simultaneously perfecting its technological qualities and comfort.

Available with 5 or 7 seats, the Espace is as spacious as ever, with a rear bench that slides 22 cm and reclines in four positions (25°/27°/29°/31°) and a load capacity among the best in its category (from 692 liters to 2,224 liters in the 5-seat version).

Always at the forefront of technology, it can equip the Solarbay panoramic roof in the largest format of the Renault range (almost 2 m²). Its price starts at €42,280.

But these are not the only novelties from the diamond brand, as the Rafale takes advantage of the renewal of Austral and Espace to complete its range with major innovations, such as a driver facial recognition system for personalized welcome, a satin slate grey color, and new packs available depending on versions.

As Renault's flagship, Rafale is a high-end car that enhances the pleasure of driving and traveling. With its generous interior space and rich technological equipment, Rafale makes every kilometer enjoyable. In addition to the full hybrid E-Tech engine, Rafale is also offered with the hyper hybrid E-Tech 4x4 plug-in version of 300 HP, capable of providing more power, electric range, and a permanently active four-wheel drive system.

In the Atelier Alpine trim level, Rafale features specific chassis settings and active suspension associated with a predictive camera for a high-performance driving experience. In this case, the maximum recommended price for the entry-level version is €43,820.
