Raphael Travels to Ibiza and Encounters Ex-Daughter-in-Law Amelia Bono on the Plane

Raphael, who was diagnosed with a cerebral lymphoma late last year, continues to recover steadily. Demonstrating his improvement, he has travelled to Ibiza for a few days of rest. Interestingly, during this getaway, he encountered Amelia Bono, the ex-wife of his son Manuel Martos, with whom he shares four children. Despite their separation, the former couple maintains a cordial relationship that extends to the rest of the family.

Thus, father-in-law and daughter-in-law remain informed about each other's lives, and as Amelia herself confirmed, she was aware in advance that they would be on the same flight to Ibiza. Additionally, José Bono's daughter explained that they are in constant contact and that she is informed about the progress and recovery of her children's grandfather, to whom she remains close.

Raphael, who has also confirmed this good rapport, told reporters that he feels "very well" and will return to the stage "when it is right and possible." For now, the singer continues with his medical follow-up and is responding positively to treatment, with a potential reappearance at the Starlite Festival in Marbella on July 5th. In any case, the final decision will rest with the doctors and Raphael himself, prioritising his health.
