À Punt to Broadcast Benissa's Moors and Christians Parade Live for the First Time

Benissa's Moors and Christians Parade will be broadcast live for the first time this year via À Punt Radiotelevisión Valenciana. Coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the festivities, this broadcast will allow the celebration to reach homes throughout the Valencian Community and showcase an important part of this town in the Marina Alta.

This broadcast has been made possible thanks to the collaboration between Benissa Town Council's Department of Festivities and the management of À Punt, which has shown interest in bringing these festivities to every corner of the Community via television and worldwide through online streaming.

This year, the parade will also debut a new route along Avenida del País Valencià, an improvement that will allow the parade to be enjoyed in a more spacious and accessible area. The Department of Festivities and the Moors and Christians Board are working hard to ensure that both the broadcast and the new route contribute to making this edition a special celebration for everyone.

The Councillor for Festivities, Adrián Cabrera, stated, "It is a satisfaction that À Punt has chosen to broadcast the Parade. It is an opportunity for our festivities to reach further and be seen by those who cannot be in Benissa on that day."

Meanwhile, the Mayor of Benissa, Arturo Poquet, added, "We want to thank À Punt for their support and the team at the Department of Festivities for the effort made to make this broadcast a reality. It is another step in promoting our festivities and our town."

The broadcast will showcase the atmosphere, colour, and excitement of one of the most prominent events in the local festive calendar. It is another way to share with the entire Valencian Community the work, enthusiasm, and deep-rooted tradition that define Benissa's Moors and Christians festivities.
