The Princes of Wales, William and Kate Middleton, have a strict rule at home: their children, George, Charlotte, and Louis, are prohibited from using tablets. According to Us Weekly, the couple considers these devices to be "mom and dad's toys" and not suitable for children. Instead of entertaining themselves with technology, the princes encourage their offspring to play outdoors and actively develop their imagination, recalling their own childhood without electronic devices.

This decision reflects the princes' concern for their children's well-being and their desire for them to grow up as normally as possible despite being part of the Royal Family. William has publicly admitted that, despite their efforts, controlling screen time is a constant challenge, especially with George, who is very fond of video games. However, both parents are committed to limiting screen time to promote a healthy and creative lifestyle. This has been evident on various occasions when they have published images of the family playing in the gardens of Windsor, practicing sports or enjoying board games.
