Piqué Summoned to Testify on March 14 as a Suspect in the 'Supercopa Case'

Gerard Piqué is scheduled to appear on March 14 before the judge overseeing the 'Supercopa Case' to testify as a suspect. The head of the Court of First Instance and Instruction Number 4 of Majadahonda, Delia Rodrigo, charged the former Barça footballer last May, after finding criminal indications in the commission he received for his role as an intermediary in the negotiations conducted by the Spanish Football Federation (FEF), then presided over by Luis Rubiales, to bring the Spanish Super Cup to Saudi Arabia.

The former Manchester United, Barça, and Spanish national team centre-back is summoned to court at 9:30 on March 14, to provide his account regarding the lucrative contract that granted him a commission of four million euros annually.
