Dining at certain restaurants in Alicante is an experience where every detail is meticulously attended to. Not only the ingredients or the preparation, but the space itself becomes an attraction. With this in mind, the Petímetre restaurant, a flagship of the Alicante group FORTY, is relocating to one of the city's most historic and emblematic sites.
The establishment is reclaiming Torre Mauro in the La Condomina area to enhance its gastronomic and leisure offerings, moving closer to the urban core and improving the customer experience.
The new Petímetre will be located at the building on Ansaldo Avenue, corner with Historiador Vicente Ramos, within the Torre Golf complex. This is a space with a long history in local hospitality, where projects like La Torre Mauro, Mauro Sensai, and more recently, an exclusive event space, were born.
From FORTY Group, they explain that the move represents "a natural step in the evolution of the Petímetre concept," which will maintain its identity based on grilled cuisine, rice dishes, and shared plates, as well as its creative cocktail offerings available throughout the day. The new location, more accessible and with greater operational capacity, will allow for an expanded event schedule and new services in a privileged setting.
Charming Terrace
One of the major new features will be the terrace, considered by the group as "one of the most pleasant and sought-after on San Juan beach," which will enhance its character as a versatile meeting point for both locals and visitors to the city.
The FORTY team is already working on preparations to reopen the space in mid-July. The proposal will be renewed in nuances but will remain true to the essence that has made Petímetre a benchmark in Alicante's dining scene.
The move also responds to the urban and commercial growth of La Condomina, currently considered one of the city's most promising areas. As part of the operation, the Torre Golf parking will also be reactivated, facilitating customer access and logistics for events.
From FORTY Group, they highlight that the new Petímetre will not just be a restaurant, but an integral space for private celebrations, corporate meetings, and cultural proposals, consolidating its profile as a 360º experience that blends gastronomy, leisure, and culture.
With this initiative, the company strengthens its commitment to reclaiming Alicante's historic spaces and projecting them into the future with contemporary concepts, attentive to new forms of enjoyment but respectful of the city's memory.
