Person Identified for Leaking RTVE Exam Questions

RTVE's investigation into the leaking of exam questions has led to the identification of the responsible person and the initiation of disciplinary proceedings. The company announced this in a statement released on Friday, October 18.

According to RTVE, the person responsible for leaking the questions of the theoretical Information and Content exam on September 29 has been informed. This measure is a result of the progress of the informative proceedings initiated based on instructions from the Board of Directors and its interim Presidency to the HR and Organization Directorate of CRTVE.

The disciplinary proceedings against this employee are based on the alleged breach of the RTVE Collective Agreement and the Committee of Valuation's action manual. The company stated that the identified person is suspended due to credible indications of criminal wrongdoing and an ongoing police investigation.

However, RTVE also points out that the investigation is not yet complete and the corporation will continue to work with utmost determination to clarify the facts, ensuring maximum transparency, holding accountable those responsible, and continuing to cooperate with the UDEF police investigation.
