"Let's make a deal my friend, you know you can count on me, not just up to two or ten, but count on me."

With these verses by Mario Benedetti, 'Pepper', the poet robot, began its recital, astonishing the University of Alicante with its talent. The humanoid visited CeMaB as the final point of a series of educational workshops on artificial intelligence in literary and educational contexts.

This robot attended the UA campus alongside professors Rosabel Martínez and Copelia Mateo, who led the workshop 'AI, Robotics, and Education: Designing the Classroom of the Future with Pepper', which featured several surprises from the humanoid.

Among them, Pepper recited the poems 'Let's Make a Deal' and 'Corazón Coraza' by the Uruguayan writer, complementing them with a brief summary of their meaning. This live recital demonstrated to the university community that artificial intelligence "is here to stay," as explained by the organisers of the series.

Thus, the CeMaB has joined the seminars and workshops on this digital resource, focusing on its literary domain, to address the role of artificial intelligence in the world of books and literature: myths, truths, questions, fears, doubts, and advantages.
