Paraglider, 30, Dies Following Accident in Alicante

A 30-year-old paraglider has died following an accident after suffering a fall on Wednesday afternoon in the municipality of Sant Vicent del Raspeig (Alicante), according to health sources.

The Emergency Information and Coordination Centre (CICU) received notification of the incident at around 5:40 pm, prompting the dispatch of medical personnel to the scene.

Specifically, the medical team from an Advanced Life Support (SAMU) ambulance performed advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation and other stabilisation techniques on the paraglider, but there was no response, and his death was confirmed.
