Paidos Dénia's cadet team continues to assert its dominance in the regional futsal play-off. The team from Dénia, unbeaten with only one draw in the entire phase, secured another victory at the municipal pavilion of Dénia, this time against Valencia FS with a score of 6-3.

The match began with some uncertainty for the home team, who entered the game with excessive nerves, leading to unforced errors that boosted their opponent's confidence.

However, as the minutes passed, Nata Grimalt's team increased their pressing line, preventing the Valencians from creating any danger near the goal defended by Cayetano Iglesias.

In the 10th minute, Pablo Caudeli opened the scoring for the home side, allowing the team to play with greater calm. Just two minutes later, Carlos Herrera extended the lead to 2-0, unsettling a Valencia FS that began to lose its order on the court.

In the second half, the Dénia team came out with great intensity, and Maxim quickly scored the 3-0. Barely a minute later, Miguel increased the lead to 4-0, allowing Grimalt to rotate his players and give them some rest.

The visitors did not give up and managed to reduce the gap with a goal from Prieto (4-1). However, Pablo Caudeli, with a spectacular shot into the top corner, made it 5-1, drawing applause from the stands.

With such an unfavourable scoreline, the Valencia FS coach opted for a goalkeeper-player strategy, scoring two more goals. Despite this, Maxim put the final touch by intercepting a rival pass and scoring into an empty net, sealing the 6-3 victory.

With this win, CD Paidos Dénia continues to lead the standings and is in control of its destiny to become the regional champion. With five games remaining, the squad remains focused and works humbly to avoid any overconfidence in the final stretch of the competition.
