Over 18,000 Candidates Begin Secondary Education, Vocational Training, Language Schools, Music, Performing Arts, and Design Entrance Exams

More than 18,000 candidates commenced the entrance exams for Secondary Education, unique sectors of Vocational Training, Language Schools, music, performing arts, and design this Saturday. This marks the first test of the selection process.

The candidates have undertaken the exams in 58 venues spread across 11 municipalities (Alicante, San Vicent del Raspeig, San Joan, Castelló de la Plana, Valencia, Paterna, Mislata, Tavernes Blanques, Burjassot, Xirivella, and Torrent). Specifically, 21 venues are in the province of Alicante, 5 in Castellón, and 32 in Valencia.

These venues host the 300 examination boards distributed among the three provinces. Specifically, 110 in the province of Alicante, 23 in Castellón, and 167 in Valencia.

In this selection process, the Department of Education, Culture, Universities, and Employment offers a total of 1,607 positions, of which 1,590 correspond to 33 Secondary Education specialties, 6 to Language Schools, 2 for music teachers, 7 for unique sectors of Vocational Training, and 2 for plastic arts teachers.
