UMH Opens Registration for Official English, Valencian, and Spanish Exam Preparation

The Language Centre (CDI) of the Miguel Hernández University (UMH) in Elche has opened registration for its courses to prepare for official English exams, Cambridge English and ACLES, and Valencian CIEACOVA tests.

These classes are open to the general public and aim to train enrollees for the upcoming official certification exams at UMH. Additionally, the CDI has launched a new session for Oxford exams, a new Spanish course, and sessions to improve oral skills in English and Valencian.

The Cambridge English official exam preparation course is available for levels B1, B2, and C1, and will be conducted both online and in-person from February to May. Registrations are open until January 27.

Upon completing this course, students will have acquired the practice and knowledge necessary to successfully pass a Cambridge English certification exam. The next exam session at UMH will take place in April or May, depending on the level. The registration deadline for these exams is April 4 for level B1 and March 7 for levels B2 and C1.

Meanwhile, the ACLES exam preparation workshops are available for levels B1, B2, and C1, and will be held both in-person and online from March to May. Registrations are open until March 5 via the website.

After completing this course, students can enroll and sit for the next ACLES exam session at UMH, which will take place in May. The registration deadline for these official exams is April 29.

Regarding the official Oxford exams, the Language Centre has new sessions scheduled for January, February, and March. The registration deadline for the January exam is January 21. Additionally, as a novelty, the Language Centre at UMH has added a new modality of this exam, the Advanced, covering levels B2 and C1.

The UMH Language Centre has also set up sessions to improve oral skills in English. These classes are available for levels B1, B2, or C1 and will be conducted in-person at the UMH campus in Elche from February to May. The registration deadline for these sessions is January 31.

The preparation classes for the Valencian CIEACOVA exams are available for levels C1 and C2, and will be conducted both in-person and online from February to May. Registrations are open until February 5.

Upon completing this preparation course, students will have acquired the necessary knowledge to successfully pass a CIEACOVA certification exam, with the next session at UMH to be announced soon.

Additionally, the UMH Language Centre has launched the "Parlem-ne" course to improve oral skills in the Valencian language. Classes will be held from February to May. The registration deadline is January 31.
