Coinciding with the Singapore Grand Prix of Formula 1, Mercedes-AMG has unveiled the exclusive GT 63 PRO 4MATIC+ "Motorsport Collectors Edition", featuring numerous design elements and individual equipment details, and an AMG 4.0-liter biturbo V8 engine that develops a power of 612 HP. Even the obsidian black metallic color is inspired by the current single-seater, as well as the hand-painted silver Mercedes star decorations on the rear flanks and PETRONAS-colored decorative stripes. These extend from the front wheel arches over the waistline to the roof. There are also other PETRONAS-colored contrast elements on the front splitter, side air intake flicks on the front bumper, side skirt decorative elements, and rear diffuser.

The standard AMG carbon fiber exterior package, with front splitter, side sill trim strips, and high-quality carbon fiber rear diffuser and spoiler, emphasizes the motorsport connection. The equipment also includes a panoramic glass roof and AMG aerodynamic package with a fixed spoiler on the tailgate. The AMG Night II package reinforces the individual visual appearance of the "Motorsport Collectors Edition".

It includes black chrome elements, including radiator trim, typography, and the Mercedes star at the rear. The AMG fuel cap in silver chrome with "AMG" inscription also underscores the special character of the edition.

The interior also features numerous PETRONAS-colored details. The standard AMG Performance seats are upholstered in black nappa leather/MICROCUT microfiber with PETRONAS-colored stitching and embossed AMG emblems on the headrests. The AMG carbon inserts match the heated AMG Performance steering wheel in MICROCUT leather/microfiber with PETRONAS-colored stitching. This stitching is also found on the door trims, instrument panel, and center console. The AMG door sill trims are coated in black and illuminated in PETRONAS color.

The Burmester High-End 3D surround sound system, with 15 speakers and 1,170 watts of system power, is standard in this highly equipped special model. Additionally, there is a 360-degree camera, MBUX interior assistant, driver assistance package, and Head-Up Display. The AMG TRACK PACE provides a wealth of data when driving on track. A front axle lift system allows lifting the front of the vehicle before crossing speed bumps or curbs. Ambient lighting and the ENERGIZING package contribute to creating a sense of well-being during long trips. The"1 of 200" edition badge on the center console indicates the limited edition of this special model.
