The National Court has upheld the 18-month fine imposed on Luis Rubiales for the non-consensual kiss to footballer Jenni Hermoso following the World Cup final in Australia, where Spain was crowned world champion. The Criminal Chamber has also confirmed the acquittal of the other accused, including former women's coach Jorge Vilda, and has rejected the prosecution's request to retry the case.
