"Mourad and Ten More" for Sarabia in Elche

The redemption of Mourad Daoudi El Ghezouani in Elche is a reality. The Spanish-Moroccan striker has saved Eder Sarabia's team in the last two matches, against Granada and Mirandés, with two goals that make him the top scorer for Elche. Sarabia is clear for the next match in Málaga and confirmed it publicly on Sunday: "Mourad and ten more."

For his part, the striker assured that he values himself for the "work" he does on the field and for what he can give to the team from Elche. "Last year I played everything and the goals didn't come, but this year they do. That's how it is. The situation is different, but for me, nothing changes. I work the same and I am ready for whatever is needed," said Mourad.

"I wouldn't know what has changed. Things happen just because. You pick up things over the years, experience, and learn from the players you share with," added the attacker, who said he feels equally comfortable as the sole reference in attack or with a partner since every minute in Elche is a reward for him.

Mourad insisted that he is "for whatever the coach asks," whether it's five minutes or ten when questioned about Sarabia's words that assured his starting position in Málaga next matchday. "When one feels comfortable in a place, they give their all. Hopefully, many more goals will come and, above all, that they help the team to add points, which is the only important thing," he emphasized.

On another note, Elche will have 593 tickets available in the Visitor Fan Sector of La Rosaleda for the match to be held next Saturday, September 28, at 9:00 p.m. against Málaga. The ticket price will be 20 euros.

Tickets went on sale online only for season ticket holders last Friday, and physical sales will be at the South Stand Ticket Office of Martínez Valero stadium starting Tuesday, September 24, at the following times:

Tuesday, September 24: from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (only for season ticket holders).

Wednesday, September 25: from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (only for season ticket holders).

If available, on Thursday, September 26, at the same times, they will be on sale to the general public.
