Elisa Mouliaá's father testified before the judge investigating former deputy Íñigo Errejón, stating that his daughter was 'blocked and absent' on the night the alleged sexual assault occurred.

Mouliaá's lawyer, Alfredo Arrién, told the media that in his testimony, Elisa's father confirmed that 'the state of intoxication' of the actress was evident, and she did not show clear signs of being in her normal capacities when the events took place.

Legal sources explained to Europa Press that Ignacio, the complainant's father, noticed his daughter was disoriented and unable to react. When she arrived at her father's house, where he was caring for her daughter, Elisa went straight to her room without speaking, not even asking about the health of the sick child.

The father, according to the sources, explained that he could not specify whether Elisa was under the influence of alcohol or another drug. It is worth noting that the actress herself suggested in her statement that Errejón might have spiked her drink.

'In that call (which took place on the night of the events), he says he noticed his daughter's absence, and when she arrived home, she continued with that absence, and the state of intoxication or whatever it was, was evident,' explained Mouliaá's lawyer.

He recommended she see a psychiatrist

Furthermore, the actress's father stated that if he had known from the beginning how the events unfolded, he would have personally gone to the police to report Errejón. He also advised his daughter to see a more experienced psychiatrist instead of attending online sessions.

She did share a more detailed version of the events contained in her complaint with her brother, who also testified as a witness on Friday. According to the sources consulted, Rafael acknowledged that Elisa told him everything in detail because she trusted him more.

Specifically, Elisa's brother indicated that the complainant recounted what happened from the moment Errejón and she got into the taxi to go to the party at the actress's friends' house. She also explained how the former deputy allegedly lunged at her in the elevator and how Errejón allegedly grabbed her arm in that apartment and took her to a room.

Both Mouliaá's father and brother agreed that the actress had a severe hangover the day after the party where she was allegedly assaulted by Errejón. Additionally, both acknowledged that Elisa had already been seeing a psychiatrist before the events for other issues, such as alleged abuse by her ex-husband.

The dance at the party

On the same Friday, one of the attendees at that party, Fernando, who is also a friend of Elisa Mouliaá, testified. In her statement to the judge, the actress explained that at the event, Fernando played a song by 'Los Secretos,' and they both started dancing. At that moment, according to the actress, Errejón grabbed her arm and took her to the room where the alleged sexual assault occurred.

'They thought he was my fling,' Mouliaá clarified when asked why her friends did not intervene at that moment.

Sources consulted by this news agency indicate that Fernando could not confirm whether he saw Errejón grabbing his friend's arm. When questioned by the prosecution, Fernando reportedly stated that he did not notice any strange behavior, did not perceive Mouliaá as drunk, and she did not approach him to say she was uncomfortable.

The witness, the sources add, emphasized that he was with his friends and was not paying attention to Mouliaá, whom he did see dancing but did not notice if she had a glass in her hand.

A friend of Mouliaá

The magistrate also heard from Inés, who was a friend of Mouliaá at the time of the events. A few days after the alleged sexual assault, they met, and the actress reportedly detailed what she allegedly suffered.

The witness, according to the sources, explained that Mouliaá told her she felt very violated and even told Errejón that 'only yes means yes.'

It was expected that the judge would take statements from several witnesses, including a friend of the complainant, on the same Friday, but the magistrate had to suspend them for various reasons. Mouliaá's defense, legal sources explain, has waived the three testimonies.

Meanwhile, Mouliaá's lawyer explained to the media that Judge Adolfo Carretero 'found it appropriate to take statements from two more witnesses who are currently in Australia,' and these will be conducted via videoconference. Additionally, he added, the psychological and psychiatric reports submitted to the proceedings will be ratified.

Among the latest actions in the case, the magistrate has asked Mouliaá to present the full conversation she had on WhatsApp with a friend, which she published on the social network X.

The instructor is also advancing to trace the route that Errejón and Mouliaá took on the night of the alleged assault. Thus, to 'find out about the two taxis' they used, the judge has requested the former politician's defense to inform how he requested the services and how he paid for them.
