The horizon reveals the barges. They arrive loaded with half a hundred Saracen troops who aim to seize the land of Benacantil. On the sand, Christians await them, blunderbuss in hand, to prevent the conquest.

The battle between the crescent and cross factions will return to Postiguet Beach with the sixth edition of the Moorish landing organized by the Federation of Moors and Christians of Alicante. Thus, once again, the episode that struck the coasts of the fifth city of 'Lo Regne' in 1599 will be recreated.

The Alicante sands, under the face of the Moor on Santa Bárbara Castle, will be the stage for this reenactment, in which 56 Berber pirates distributed in seven feluccas will land. Onshore, a hundred Christians, armed with arquebuses, will await them in a bloodless skirmish.
