Monkeypox Vaccinations Increase Fivefold in the Last Week

The Valencian Community has seen a fivefold increase in monkeypox (mpox) vaccinations in the last week, coinciding with the expansion of the vaccination circuit, which now includes the administration of doses in the Preventive Medicine services of hospitals.

The increase in vaccinations was announced by the Regional Government through a statement, in which it was revealed that the Departments of Health and Social Services will plan joint actions to improve mpox vaccination among at-risk groups.
