The aim of this project is to carry out partial rehabilitation work on the facades of two buildings within the judicial complex, where claddings of the plinth and some window jamb coverings are detaching, according to a statement from the Generalitat.
These works will involve removing the existing cladding, which will be replaced with a new one using a mechanical anchorage. The pieces will be adhered to the facade to prevent future detachment. The intervention covers a total cladding area of 375 square meters.
The judicial headquarters, located at number 53 Aguilera Avenue, houses various bodies such as the Court of First Instance number seven and the Court of Instruction from one to nine, as well as several Criminal Courts, Courts of Violence Against Women, and Juvenile Courts.
The Ministry of Justice explains that the facade works will not interfere with the normal functioning of the complex.
