TodoAlicante, the digital platform of Grupo Vocento, within the TodoxAlicante project, will dedicate the day of next Monday, September 30th to the Central Park being designed by central, regional, and local administrations, with the participation of Alicante residents.

The forum 'Central Park, Future of Mobility and Infrastructure in Alicante' will feature the presence of the Regional Minister of Environment, Infrastructure, and Territory, Manuel Martínez Mus, who will discuss this city project for Alicante. Additionally, there will be a panel of experts debating the future urban development of Alicante, including Manuel Ríos, Director General of Transport and Logistics; Mauricio Úbeda, Director of the Vectalia Mobility Chair at the University of Alicante; Emilio Vicedo, President of the College of Architects of Alicante; Luis Gaona, Director General of Projects and Works at the Alicante City Council; and María José Rocamora, Executive Committee Member of the Chamber of Commerce, CEO of Alicante Urbana and Board Member of Provia.

The event, sponsored by Vectalia, will be held at Casa Mediterráneo at 10 a.m. and will feature representatives from Avant, associations, and residents.

The Central Park of Alicante represents the city's most significant urban milestone in decades. The land freed from train tracks will allow for a green area of 156,000 square meters and the development of nearly half a million square meters with 1,400 homes and the connection of neighborhoods previously separated by railway lines.

The development of this sector begins with Alicante Central Station, a communication hub that will revolutionize transportation throughout the province and facilitate transport for businesses and entrepreneurs residing there.

This editorial initiative by TodoAlicante is part of a month dedicated to infrastructure and mobility in the provincial capital. Highlights include topics such as Central Park, the Generalitat's redesigning public transport in l'Alacantí with the new Tram Central Station, articles about Tram or future transportation keys in Alicante: "Functional, safe, universal and healthy."
