The final day in England was thrilling and chaotic, with all ten matches played simultaneously. However, Manchester City, led by Guardiola, was the calmest, securing a 0-2 victory over Fulham, already leading by the 20th minute. Gundogan and Haaland were instrumental in calming Guardiola with a win that guaranteed Champions League qualification, the minimum expectation for the team.

Despite the FA Cup final defeat, Guardiola's team managed to recover and win their last two league matches. Although it was a disappointing season without titles, the 71 points achieved to finish third helped improve the image of a team that suffered significant absences throughout the season, such as Rodri's. Now, it remains to be seen if City can recover in the Club World Cup or continue the season's poor trend.

Nottingham Forest and Chelsea faced off in a final for a Champions League spot. Forest's inexperience led to a 0-1 home defeat, missing out on the grand prize of a season where they contended for the title. They will settle for playing in the Conference, which is still an achievement considering the team's recent seasons.

Chelsea will arrive with their season's objective fulfilled at the final of the third European competition against Betis, seeking gold to affirm their successful campaign. The last spot in Europe's top competition went to Newcastle, who lost 0-1 at home to Everton. The Magpies played with fire for many minutes but will return to European competition after two years.

The sixth team qualified for the Champions League

Tottenham's victory in the Europa League final last Wednesday in San Mamés secured them a ticket to the next edition of the Champions League. The streets of London witnessed the Spurs' celebrations, and perhaps the players have not yet recovered from the excitement, as they lost 1-4 at home in the final match against Brighton. The lineup was similar to the final, but the Londoners, after leading at halftime by a narrow margin, conceded four goals in a second half to forget.

Tottenham finishes in seventeenth place, marking the relegation zone, although thirteen points clear. Meanwhile, the Europa League final loser, Manchester United, bids farewell to the worst season in its history with a victory against Aston Villa, leaving them out of the Champions League. The dismissal of Dibu Martínez, in what was his last match with the Villans, deprived his team of another consecutive Champions League season. Goals from Diallo and Eriksen were enough for a victory that was barely celebrated.
