The New Luxurious Beachfront Apartments in Calpe Priced from €520,000 to €1.7 Million

Two grand 18-storey towers with a total of 72 homes. This is the ambitious project of TM Real Estate Group in Calpe, where they will invest €18 million. It will be located on the front line, on the promenade of La Fossa beach.

Introducing 'Azzure Icons', the major venture by the Alicante group for this exclusive area of Calpe. The development will feature a total of 72 homes, spread across the 18 floors of each tower, with prices starting from €520,000 for one-bedroom apartments of 63 square metres in the rear tower, up to €1.7 million for a duplex penthouse of 221 square metres with sea views.

This exclusive residential is expected to be ready by March 2027. It is the second residential project they are developing in the town of Calpe, following their 'Arenal Beach' in 2017. These homes are already on sale and can be reserved from their website.

The residential will also feature common areas, including a climate-controlled infinity pool with sea views, as well as a children's pool. It also boasts a "beach pool" with shower areas, sun loungers, and umbrellas, along with a panoramic gym with sea views, sauna, outdoor exercise area, and children's play area.

All these apartments come with parking, while the duplexes include a second space, as well as a hydro-massage jacuzzi on the solarium. All the homes in block 1 offer views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach, while block 2, in addition to these views, also overlooks the salt flats of Calpe.
